Potty training a toddler with a baby in tow

Moving, Christmas, attempts at potty training Emilia and a growing Jessica
So we have been without "virtual" contact for about a month (this includes no Christmas TV!!! and most importantly no Cbeebies!!!!) so ALOT has gone on.
We got the keys to our new house on Friday 13th December (just carrying on the spooky theme from Jessica's Halloween birth!) and moved in on the Saturday with a 6 week old and a toddler......thankfully we had a lot of help with the move but then when they all left the carnage of boxes commenced.....oh and I had to get the place ready for Christmas and Christmas day as we had family coming over to celebrate. So I whacked on the baby carrier and did my bits and pieces with Jessica strapped to me and Disney DVDs on the tv for Emilia and we got there in the end. We are definitely NOT moving again within the next 5 years!!!!
Christmas was tiring as the move caught up with me and Matt but Emilia enjoyed it and got thoroughly spoilt by us, friends and family, one lucky girl. We have also started to try and potty train Emilia as she is off to pre-school in a couple of weeks but still does not seem interested, I guess some children are ready earlier and later than others. I also don't know how I can potty train with a 9 week old baby either so any tips from other mums on how they did this would be greatly appreciated......especially as we have new carpets......GULP!!!!!!
Jessica has turned into a lean mean feeding machine and has gone from the 9th percentile to the 30th and now weights in at 10lbs 11ozs (4.850kgs) she also has the most ridiculously long eyelashes I have ever seen! I cant help but start to feel sad that I will not be having anymore children as it was so amazing to know you were growing a little person (whilst Pregnant) and then to watch them grow into little people. Everyone keeps saying never say never but we want to be able to provide the best for our girls and give them everything they need and want so I think 2 is the right number for us.
