Eating for two??

How much weight have you put on during pregnancy???

10-14kg is the amount of weight expected to be gained during the pregnancy. We should all eat healthily, but during pregnancy it's essential for both your well being and that of your growing baby. Eating healthily during pregnancy will help you to only gain the necessary weight that comes from being pregnant.

Reducing the risk of complications at the end of your pregnancy and during labour. Putting the right amount of weight on gradually will reduce the risk of stretch marks. You should make sure that your diet includes lots of fruit and vegetables And it's recommended that you take a vitamin D supplement too. So ignore the myth and don't eat for two.
