I mailed customer services before placing my order and received super speedy responses, even over easter holiday weekend. My order arrived very quickly and was very well packaged. However I wasn't keen on the item so have returned. It isn't free returns which is the only down point hehe. Thanks for a great service x
I bought this as a gift for my hubby who wanted his own 'man baby bag' Although I would be perfectly happy to carry it too! I have ordered the Firenze for myself which is still on its way (as is our baby!) We love the Pacapod bags, they are well worth the extra money for a classy, stylish bag especially if you are not a 'floral' type! Highly recommend this bag!
