MAKING A PURCHASE
We accept all major credit cards at Mummy and Little Me . We also accept payal. If you prefer then you can simply send us a cheque. You can shop confidently on our secure website. After ordering online, Mummy and Little Me will send you an email confirmation. The contact details you supply will help us keep you informed about your order. You are also welcome to place an order by phone on 01522 548811 from 10.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday.

PARCEL DELIVERY
We will try to dispatch your order within 2 working days, following receipt of payment. You should receive your parcel within 5 working days . The delivery charge is currently  for the UK Mainalnd and Jersey is FREE. If you should require 1st class postage then that will be a supplement of £2.95.  Guaranteed next day delivery for the Uk is £7 and Saturday Next Day is £11.00. 

EUROPEAN DELIVERY CHARGES

For European delivery we charge on a scale so for for orders upto the value of £99.99 the cost is £8.00, from £100.00 to £299.99 delivery is £15 and from £300.00 + the charge will be £20.00

WORLDWIDE CHARGES

For Worldwide delivery we charge on a scale so for orders upto the value of £99.99 the cost is £16, from £100.00 to £299.99 delivery is £25 and from £300.00 + the charge will be £130.00

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We know that judging your size can be tricky as well as knowing what will work best with your new figure, that's why Mummy and Little Me will offer you a full refund or free exchange for unworn/ unwashed items with their tags still on, returned within  30 days of purchase. We recommend that you use registered mail to send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit.
