Whilst pregnant with my third child I decided I would buy one or two good quality items of maternity wear, rather than try to manage with a few cheaper purcahses, which with my previous pegnancies had left me spending additional money as I soon got fed up of them.

I stumbled upon the 'Mummy and Little Me' website by chance and purchased a pair of trousers and a gorgeous top. These items were slightly more than I would normally pay, but by no means astromonicaly priced. I was delighted with them and went onto order further items.

I found the range of clothing and lingerie stocked to be just a bit different to the norm - a great range of items from casual to smart and dressy.

I found that one of the pairs of trousers I ordered was a poor fit and emailed customer service. I got a great respone - real honest communicataion re fitting, returning items etc. I got a great excange pair of trousers which were perfect.

Honestley, this store got me through my pregnacy with just a few great qualiy, basic items which every pregant women should have. I loved these clothes so mcuh that I did plan to have them resized following the birth of my baby. In reality however, I had worn them so much that I was only too glad to pass them onto a pregnant friend. They were however in great condition, despite me having looked after two small children and gone to work in them.

I recomend this store to all my pregnant friends - wish I known about it with baby number 1!!

 I have to let you know how brilliant your shop and internet service is.  During three pregnancies, I have been wowed by the helpfulness of Mummy & Little Me staff, their ability to advise on what might suit me, fit me and what I’ve overlooked that looks far prettier on than it seems on a hanger.  Your marvellous outfits and your assistance have enabled me to look much more stylish during my pregnancies than I do when I’m not pregnant, whether I’m going out, going to work or venturing to the swimming pool!  I only wish that you would open up a clothes shop for women, which isn’t restricted to maternity and children’s wear.  Thank you for bringing so much attention to detail in your work and for stocking exceptional products.

Can I just take this opportunity to thank you very much for your service. I was down from Scotland seeing my brother in Lincoln and visited your shop in June. At the time I bought 3 tops and a dress for a wedding. You took a lot of time with me giving advice and comment on the different outfits and I can honestly say I have been very happy with all of my purchases. The tops have been my most worn maternity items and I get comments on them every time I wear them. The dress was also excellent and has been worn a few times to different events, again always comfy and easy to wear, but always getting compliments. I was finding it difficult to find nice maternity cloths that were not all flowery and frills until I visited your shop and was very impressed with both your stock and service.
My only regret is that you don't have a shop in either Glasgow or Edinburgh which would have been easier for me to visit.

 I just thought you might like to know in case any customers ask what they're like! All too often we seem to get dodgy customer service so it makes such a refreshing change to know that Mummy&Little Me and Pacapod buck the trend.  I genuinely think pacapods should be given to all new mums - mine has been a total lifesaver!

Just a quick email to let you know that the Noppies Bangkok jeans have arrived and after having them shortened I am delighted with them. I wish I had bought them earlier in my pregnancy (am now 28 weeks) as I have tried several cheaper pairs of jeans which kept falling down or were very uncomfortable. The Noppies version are very easy to wear, particularly the bump band and the feel and colour of the fabric is very nice. I can't recommend these enough - the expense is definitely worth it for a good pair of jeans! Thanks! Lynne

I came into the Birmingham House of Fraser store late on Friday evening, after almost not bothering with the walk from the Bullring, and I wanted to write to you about the excellent service I received in your new Maternity section 'Mummy and Little Me!' After spending weeks looking for an outfit for a friend's wedding, which is next week, I eventually made it up to the 6th floor to see your collection. I was not only impressed with the range of different occasion dresses you had available, something many Maternity ranges severely neglect, but also with the excellent customer service I received.
Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the young girl who served me, but I hope you can find out who it was and pass on my sincere thanks. I have worked in retail myself, and know that the customer who walks into the shop 30 minutes before closing doesn't usually get the attention they deserve. However, at 6.30pm on Friday evening the girl in this section could not have been more helpful. I am 8 and a half months pregnant and she offered me a seat, a drink, she took my clothes to the changing rooms for me and even offered useful suggestions on other dresses I might like to try before making my decision. She didn't rush me at all and was genuinely interested in me not my money! She went out of her way to help me and was extremely polite and helpful.
Thank you once again for your excellent service, I will be coming back when the baby arrives and recommending you to my friends. I only wish I had known about your Maternity wear earlier in my pregnancy.

Hi I just wanted to say what brilliant service you provide! I first saw you at the NEC in Birmingham for the baby show and brought my pink linning yummy mummy bag which I'm so happy with and people who seen it love it! Then I received my £5 voucher off from the baby show and ordered moulin roti little duck amedee yesterday and it was in my post this morning! Am also loving the 'Cheeky wipes' and recommending them to my friends, despite my initial reservations I have even been using them on 'mucky' bottoms and they are massively more effective than wipes, I am a fan!
