We offer FREE RETURNS on all UK orders,
COVID-19 UPDATE during this time we have amended our returns policy and the return period is now indefinite as long as the item still has its original packaging and labels.
| ||If you wish to return an item simply email us at email@example.com and we will send you a link to create a returns label. You can then create your returns label on the royal mail website and take your parcel to your local post office. We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. |
| ||Please include your invoice and complete the bottom section with the course of action you would like whether it is an exchange or refund. If you would like an exchange but would like some advice then you can call us on 01522 684153 to discuss your alternative requirements so we can ensure it is in stock ready for you. |
| ||We have amended our return policy during the COVID 19 Break out. You now have an indefinite period from receipt of your item to return it to us for a full refund or exchange providing it still has all of its original tags and packaging. Sorry we simply cannot accept a return if the tags have been removed. In the case of clothing it must not have been worn or washed. |
