What's hot in the changing bag world
Spring is one of my favourite seasons as apart from the warmer days, birds chirping and flowers blooming it brings with it new season releases everywhere. Every shop that you look into and every brand that you love is bringing out something new. I highly anticipate a sneak peek at the new designs from my favourite brands and often stalk their social media for an early glimpse. Sadly my favourite changing bag brand Jem + Bea haven't released their new line just yet but I believe that it will be sometime this month so I'm sitting tight. In the mean time lots of other great brands have been releasing some stunning designs, so I decided to round-up my current favourites.
Pacapod Hartland Leather Backpack - Tan £210 This was only released at the end of last year and I absolutely love it. I've always really liked the highly popular Hastings backpack which I've always found great value for money but this release is everything that I wanted and more from a Pacapod backpack. I especially love its design, it looks like a stylish leather backpack and nothing like a baby changing bag. It is already my number one release, I love how the design is timeless and so versatile. If you love this but it's out of your reach don't fear they have also released a couple of colours in a faux leather design which are a more purse friendly £89.
Pink Lining Notting Hill Tote - Dalmation Fever £74.99 Pink Lining are back and they have some gorgeous new prints, my favourite is this dalmatian one as its gorgeous. I used to have the Notting Hill tote a few years ago and I remember loving it. It's very practical, stylish and lightweight. My favourite feature was the built-in pram straps which are great! It's so much easier having them built in than rummaging around in your bag trying to find out where you put them. Pink Lining have also released updated versions of their signature Yummy Mummy design and Wonder backpack. They are due for release early April and you can view the full range here.
Orla Kiely Sixties Stem Backpack £140 If you're a fan of Orla Kiely you will be excited to know that a range of baby changing bags are going to be hitting Mummy and Little Me later this month! They are available in two gorgeous sixties prints and as always my favourite is the backpack but they also have two tote and one hobo design also so there is something for everyone. I love the backpack the best as the strap is convertible so it can also be worn as a tote style bag, other top features include 2 bottle pockets and a changing mat. You can view the full range by clicking here.
Kerikit Thea - Grey £295 As ever a stunning yet clever design from Kerikit, this bag is absolutely stunning and is bursting with features. As well as being designed as a chic baby changing bag it would also be great for a weekend bag but it comes into its own if you are travelling. This bag is the perfect travel companion with its many pockets for organisation as well as being generous in size it has a nifty little feature that could be the one to seal the deal, on the back of the bag it has what appears to be a generous slip pocket but if you closer you will see at the bottom of that pocket is a zip so when you unzip it, it fits easily over your suitcase handle where it sits on top of your suitcase for easy wheeling around the airport. No more lugging a heavy back over one shoulder and pulling the suitcase with the other and it's also available in black for those of you who don't favour a light coloured bag.
