Orla Kiely is possibly one of the most talked about designers to come out of Ireland. Graduating in textile design in Dublin, Orla spent time as a fabric and wallpaper in New York for some time before moving to London in the early 1990’s.
Although her parents were by no means creative she drew inspiration from them – certainly after she had her first collection showing in London that Harrods amongst others took on her Father pointed out that not many ladies wore hats these days but they all carried handbags! Orla then created her first line of bags and has not looked back expanding into homewares and beyond. Orla has been described as the Queen of Prints and looking at her brand new collection of baby changing bags you can see why.
Her Sixties prints are bold and dramatic and a breath of fresh air... Let's see what you think!
This Messenger style bag comes in at £150, at time of print March 2018 you can also get a free Giant swaddle with every order and a first order discount! All the Orla Changing bags have these features..
